That the new shares shall, in the first instance, be off;red at par value to the shareholders of the Company at the time of such issue being made to the extent of | the number of shares held by theip respectively, and that the remainder of the 15,000 new shares to be created, together with any new shares which existing shareholders may have declined to take up, shall afterwards be offered to the public, but existing shareholders, whether they shall or shall not have availed themselves of the offer hereinbefore ;directed to be made to them, shall be permitted to tender for the same on similar terms to the public. That the Directors may fix a premium upon the new shares offered to the public if they think fit, and generally may regular the mode and manner in which the said additional capital shall be raised. Attention is directed to clause 30 of the Articles of Association as follows:—Any shareholder may, on giving not less than three days previous notice, submit any resolution to a meeting beyond the matter contained in the notice given of such meeting.
