It hais been decided that Parliament will be called together for the dispatch of business on June 14. The Inangahua Election. Reefton, To-day. At the nomination for the Inangahua •lection to-day, Messrs Shaw and Wakefield were nominated. The show of hands, as officially declared, was : —Shaw, 70 ; Wakefield, 32. A poll was demanded. The Becent Floods. Waimate, To-day. * ; The weather is still dull and threatening. Trains crossed the Pareora bridge for the first time since the flood this morning. The formation on the main line is not yet repaired. , The Divorce Court. Dunedin, To-day. In the Divorce Court to-day a decree for judicial separation was granted in Lawler ▼. Lawler, on the application of the wife. The respondent had been convicted in . Auckland of bigamy. In Frederick Godfrey v. Margaret Godfrey and : Samuel Webb, evidence of adultery was given. His Honor said on the marriage being proved he would grant a decree nisi. In Ann McGinn v. William McGinn, his Honor made the discovery that a copy of the petition had not been filed with the Mr ftlacgregor, for the petitioner, said he was not the solicitor in the case, and asked permission to withdraw the petition. His Honor agreed, and added that the petitioner had very good cause of action against her “solicitor for negligence. In none vbf the cases were the respondents represented. Charge of Embezzlement-
