‘ [PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION.] ' • An Insurance Case. Christchurch, To-day. At the Supreme Court this morning the cane of Moses v. Norwich Union Insurance Company was resumed, and the plaintiff was nonsuited on a point raised by 1 : Mr Harper yesterday, that the conditions of the policy had not been complied with, inasmuch as a detailed statement of ' the damage had not been sent in'. The San Francisco Mails. Wellington, To-day. The Australia, with the December English mails, left San Francisco for Auckland on the 6th inat., three days later than the time table date. The City of New York, : with, the January colonial mails, arrived at San Francisco from Auckland on the 2snd inst., three days early. , The Papakaio Case. ; Dunedin, To-day. •: t.Tho Papakaio murder case will conclude to-night. There is only one witness to be examined. The Crown prosecutor does not again address the jury.
