A Special General MEETING of the Club will be held at the Club’s Room, Quill’s hotel, on TUESDAY, 30th January, 1883, at 7.30, to consider the following notice of motion, viz.: — “ That the following be substituted for Buie 4, viz. ‘ Any person desirous of becoming a member of the Club shall be proposed by two members, in writing, to the Secretary, and such proposal shall be posted up in the Club’s Room on a board kept for that purpose ; and the gentleman proposed shall be balloted for at the first meeting after such proposal, provided that the notice has at the time been posted at least one month.
