The latest bulletin regarding the health of the Premier states that no im"j portant change in his condition has ocj.qurred; he is, however, confined to his * room. It is currently reported that his ■ ! medical advisers have ordered his retrieval to Cannes, on the Mediterranean •.'coast of France. The Belt Lihel Action, vi.
