Thursday Afternoon. . R, .Davies and Co. held their usual monthly sale at the South Rskaia yards on Thursday last. Entries were numerous, but the attendance was poor, owing to farmers being busy preparing lor harvest. - We disposed of one gelding at Liß I os, one do., I/); and one, aged, I 4 10s; three springers, L 5 5s each; and heifers, 48s, 6d ; pigs, 75. to 2S S "-dd ; and a lot of sundries. ’ 1
