RULES. No one will be allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of half-a-guinea to the fund, or when the prize is £2O or over, one guinea. All horses to have been owned in the County three months prior to the Races. Three horses to start or no race. No protest will be entertained unless £1 be deposited with the Secretary," which will be forfeited should the same, in the opinion of the Committee, prove frivolous.
