NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.
Advertisements for The Ashburton Guardian must be sent in not later than 3 p.m., with the number of insertions written plainly on the copy, otaerwiae they will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Replace Advertisements must be supplied the day previous to that 011 which they are to be inserted. Special notices can be received up to 3.30 p.m., but will be charged double rates. All notices of Births, Marriages, or Deaths must be n,ccompauied by the signature of the sender, as a guarantee of good faith. All advertisements and business letters to be addressed The Manager; literary communications should be addressed to The Editor.
