Extensions RefusedAt the East Christchurch Licensing Court to-day the only application made for extension of license to 11 o’clock waa refused. At Rangiora several applications were made for similar extensions, but all were refused. Not Coming. Dunedin, To-day. It is now definitely known that the Hon. Ivo Bligh’s team will not visit New Zealand.
