It destroyed Codlin’s hay store, K-dsall’s bak•ry and dwelling, Kelsall’s cottage, Bradley’# store and dwelling. Spalling’s store '•ibd dwelling, and George’s cottage. The .Insurances in the New Zealand Office are: 0 0; Kelsall’s bakery and store, L7BO ; ditto cot'tftge, L 15 0; Codlih’s store, L 75. In the Colonial Office: —George’s cottage, L2OO. .Bradleyioat L2OO worth of posts and raHs, etc., and aLS gold watch. The ,total loss is about L 4,000. The fire originated in Codlin’s premises, but there - il.»o clue to its origin.
