[reciter’s TELEGRAMS—COPYRIGHT. ]i Officially Denied. London, Nov. 16. The statement contained in yesterday’s Standard, that the Right Hon. H. C. Childers was to replace Mr Gladstone as Chancellor of the Exchequer, and to be succeeded by Lord Northbrook as Secretary for War, is now officially denied. What Arabi Did. Alexandria, Nov. If. Sulieman Bey has testified to the Royal Commission of Enquiry for the trial of Arabi, that the latter ordered him to set fire to Alexandria and-to murder the Khedive.
