To the Editor. Sir, Can you tell me why the “ powers that be ” have allowed the town to remain in complete darkness for the last few nights 1 Are they keeping the gas for a grand illumination on the first available moonlight night, or for the next meeting of the Borough Council I —l am, etc., Pedestrian.
