This is to notify that, at the first meeting of the creditors of the abovenamed debtor, May Frikdlander, of Ashburton, Merchant, was duly elected Creditors’ Trustee in Bankruptcy of the estate and effects of the said debtor, and that the said Max Friedlander has this day duly signified to me in writing his acceptance of the said office. The Council invites proprietors through whose lands water-races are made to apply to it for TREES to plant alongside water-races any vacant ground not available for agricultural purposes.
