[per bedter’s agbncv.] Wool Sales. London, June 15. At to-day’s wool auction, a firm market was again experienced. 7,000 bales were catalogued. Seizure of Arms. The police to-day effected a seizure, at Clerkenwell, of a large quantity of arms, which were known to have been intended for shipment to Ireland. The Khedive’s Ministry. Ragheb {sic) Pasha has been entrusted by the Khedive with the formation of a new Ministry. ■ Aquatic. London, June 16. The sculling match, Largan versus Pearce, for LIOO a side, was rowed on the Thames to-day, and was won easily by the former. The CuzcoThe Orient steamship Cuzco, which left Melbourne on May Ist, arrived at Plymouth to-day. Her cargo of frozen meat is reported to be in excellent condition. Monetary and the Markets. Consols remain at rooex div. New Zealand securities are unchanged. Adelaide wheat, ex store, remains at 51s; Now Zealand ditto has declined to 50s ; Adelaide flour, ex store, 355. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 2,020,000 quarters, being 10,000 quarters less than the quantity last week. At the wool sale to-day 12,000 bales were offered. A firm and active demand was again experienced. The Irish Repression Bill. London, June 17. Great efforts are being made to push the Irish Repression Bill through Parliament, and its provisions are being daily discussed in the House of Commons. Seven clauses of the measure have now been adopted in committee. The Channel Squadron. Malta, June 16. The English Channel Squadron has arrived here to reinforce the Mediterranean Squadron, now at Alexandria. Several British transports are also here, and are embarking troops in view of possible contingencies in Egypt. The Sultan won’t come to Terms. Constantinople, June 17. Further communications have passed between the Ambassadors and the Porte with regard to the European Conference, which it has been proposed to hold for the settlement of the Egyptian crisis. The Saltan, however, persists in his refusal to meet the views of the Powers, despite their recommendations. The Panic Increasing. Alexandria, June 16. The panic amongst Europeans in this country is increasing, and the exodus continues. A large number of those ■who have left their homes have gone aboard merchantmen and warships of their countries now in port. Alexandria, June 17. It has transpired that the Khedive, acting at the instance of Germany and Austria, is endeavoring to form a new Ministry, in which Arabi Pasha is included. Accommodation Wanted.

Intelligence has been received that in consequence of the inadequacy of accommodation provided by the vessels now in port, all European States are sending ships here to embark their subjects. Telegrams are to hand stating that active preparations are proceeding at the chief European ports in the Mediterranean for the immediate despatch of several vessels with ample accommodation. The greatest excitement and alarm prevails among the Europeans here. A General Exodus. Cairo, June 17. The panic among the Europeans is hourly increasing. All the foreign Banks and shops in the city have been closed. Great alarm is manifested by the Europeans at the hostile demeanor of the native population, and a general exodus of the former to Alexandria is taking place.
