To the Editor. Sir, —Can you inform me whether Mr Bullock’s auction room is a licensed or authorised place for holding public meetings in ? If 1 mistake not, a heavy penalty is liable to be incurred by any one holding a public meeting in a building not licensed for such a purpose.—l am, etc., Enquirer.
