Advertisements for The Ashburton Guardian must be sent in not later than 3 p.m., with the number of insertions written plainly on the copy, otherwise they will bo inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Replace Advertisements must be supplied the day previous to that on which they are to be inserted. Special notices can be received up to 3.30 p.m. for insertion over the Leader, but will be charged double rates. All notices of Births, Marriages, or Deaths must bo accompanied by the signature of the sender, as a guarantee of good faith.
