An unregistered agreement between tli o New Zealand Agricultural Couipany (Limited) and George Tanner Hough is to bo adopted and carried into effect by the Company. The subscribers are—G. M. Bell, one share ; Hon. H, Spensloy, barrister, one ; H. S. Valentine, one; Sir Julius Vogel, one; J. P. Bear, one ; C* P. Grant, solicitor, one ; and \V. Hunter, clerk, one share. The number of directors is not to be less than three, nor more than seven ; qualification, shares or stack to the nominal valuo ■ f L2CO ; remuneration, L3OO per annum to the Chairman, and Ll5O per annum to each director.
