Objection might bo taken to the smallness of the proposed capital as insufficient for: carrying on the business on a lucrative 'scale, but the Provisional Directors, after full consideration of the matter, believe they have taken the wisest course, as, independently of other reasons, they believe that after the factory is in working order and an established fact, any capital required for a more extended business could be obtained with greater ease and readiness. ..
