The Education Board of the District of North Canterbury hereby publicly notifies that, in pursuance of the poweij conferred by the Education Act, sectioni3s, it has resolved to ALTER the BOUNDARIES of the school districts of Hinds and Lisa portion ie district chool diaOistrict of 3 junction >f section th-east of more, so as to include in each of the intervening part of tl hitherto not comprised in any trict; and that from and after this date the boundaries of the above- Mentioned district will be as follows: Boundaries of the School Hinds—Commencing at th of the road north-east ■ 16743 with the road noi said section, thence, south-westerly following the fatter roa'i to the southernmost corner of section 30758, thence northerly following a road forming the western boundary of section 30758 to the southernmost comer of section 28186, thence north-wes-terly following the south - western boundary of the latter section to the westernmost corner thereof, thence south-westerly along the south-eas-tern boundary of lot 31 of the subdivision of Reserve No. 1371 (in red) to the road separating that lot from lot 14, thence north-westerly following said road to the railway line, thence south-westerly following the railway to the easternmost corner of lot 11 of the subdivision of Reserve No, 1381 (in red),' thence along 'the north-eastern boundary of said lot and a line in continuation thereof to the road north-west of section 28191, thence northerly by said road to the road south of section 27308, thence westerly by the latter road to ,the south-west corner of section 27308, thence by the western boundary of the latter section and section 27374 to the road north thereof, thence westerly following said road toithe south-west corner of section 27442, thence along the western boundary cf the latter section to the north-west corner thereof, thence north-easterly following the sohth-east boundary of Reserve No. 350' (in red) to the southeast corner of 1c; 53, and from thence returning south-easterly jalong ,the road first above mentioned |to the commencing point. !
