THE HON. C. J. PHARAZYN’S SENTENCE.
— . [by telegbaph.] Wellington, To-day. The argument in the personation case against the Hon. C. J. Pharazyn, was taken before the Chief Justice this morning. His Honor held that the special verdict was one of *‘ guilty,” and sentenced accused to one hour’s imprisonment The sentence to take effect from the commencement of the sessions.
