A DENIAL.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —In the report of the District Cours, in Saturday’s issue, I notice, re H. C. Williamson, that MrF. P. O’Reilly madel application for the affidavit of the bankrupt to be taken off the file, as the statements made therein were admitted by the bankrupt to bo incorrect,” in other words that he had sworn to statements which were untrue. Will you kindly publish my emphathic denial of this, as I have never made any such admission. I distinctly deny the truth of the assertion made by Mr O’Reilly to the District Court.—l am, etc. H. 0.
