Arrived, this morning, in King George’s Sound—P. and O. Co.’s steamship Carthage. One of the passengers is suffering from scarlatina, and the vessel has accordingly been placed in quarantine. She brings the outward mails via Brindisi, Dated London, Nov. 4. Sydney, Yesterday Arrived, this afternoon—Union Co.’s steamship Hero, from New Zealand.
