Body Snatching. London, Dec.- 2. The body of the late Earl of Crawford and Balcarres was stolen to-day from the mausoleum at Aberdeen. The object of the theft is believed to be to extort a ransom from the relatives of the deceased Earl. Afghan Affairs-

A Blue Book has been issued containing papers and letters in reference to Afghan affairs.
