Bflly Fairplay, bred by John Henderon, Esq., of Park, is a rich brown, seven rearsold,. stands over 17 bands high, and tot by the pure-bred Clydesdale stallion foe Gentleman (328), and he was got by that unprecedented stallion Prince of Scales (u73)i which Mr Lawrence Drew purchased from Mr David Riddell at UL6OO. The Gentleman gained the Dalkeith premium of LIOO, and the Dumfriesshire premium of LLOO, and was _ afterwards lold, to go abroad, at a very high figure.
