A. Danoebotjs Cargo.—Late cable news from London informs us that a German steatner has,been seized at the Dardanelles with 40 tons of dynamite on board, which it was intended to hare discharged at the seaport of Odessa, in the Black Sea, and Taganrog, a fortified town in the |Sea of Azof. Fourteen thousand casks of dynamite had been previously landed at Syra Island, in the Grecian Archipelago. The Nihilists are suspected of being con* meted with the shipment
