In accordance with a Resolution passed at a Meeting of the Ashburton Borough Council, held on Monday, the 31st October last, I hereby convene a PUBLIC MEETING of RATEPAYERS, to be held at the Town Hall, on TUESDAY, the 15th November instant, at 8 p.m., to consider the question of exchanging Baring square West for one of the reserves on that side of the town.
