TO CORRESPONDENTS.

Several letters to the Editor are unavoidably held over. We have received letters from Mr Walsh and Mr Worthington, of Rakaia, denying the statement made by a correspondent signing himself “ Another Protestant,” viz., that they were of the same religious denomination as Mr Ivess. As we do not care to publish disclaimers outside our advertising columns, we must ask our correspondents to treat the matter in a business-like way, and if they wish it, we shall be happy to treat their communications as advertisements.
