Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, 575; New Zealand do., 545; Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 425; Australian tallow —best beef, 88s; best mutton has advanced 6d per cwt, to 41s. AUSTRALIAN. [per reuter’s agency.] Bank Dividend. Sydney, Yesterday. The half-yearly meeting of shareholders of the Bank of New South Wales was held here to-day. The report of the directors showed that the profits amounted to L89,25i. Out of this sum it was recommended that a dividend of 15 per cent, should be declared, with a bonus of percent., leaving L 4,840 to be carried to the reserve fund.
