Judgment by default, with costs, 15s. Stevens v. Matthews—Claim, L 3 13s. Judgment by default, with 8s costs. Branson and Boileau v. Innis—Claim, L 44 2s.—Mr Purnell for plaintiff, Mr Wilding for defendant.—Lll had been paid into Court.—Judgment for L2l 14s 3d, with costs, L 4 17s. The Court then adjourned.
