The Hon. Graham Berry made a speech last evening in which he referred to the present position of the reform question. He spoke in somewhat guarded terms, but stated that the Government would not accept the Council’s amendments to the Bill. He further stated that he did not think a dissolution of Parliament was necessary in the present crisis. Exhibition Awards. It is announced that the awards of the Exhibition Commissioners will be officially gazetted in a fortnight, and that the medals will be issued in August next. Ready for Sea. Melbourne, To-day.

The repairs to the Orient steamship Sorata, are nearly completed, and she will be ready for sea in a few days.
