In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, the several Acts amending the same, and in the bankruptcy of WILLIAM EDWARD MARSH and JOHN GROVES, bakers, Ashburton, debtors. The creditors in the abovenamed estate having failed to elect a creditors’ trustee, I hereby appoint Frederick Pavitt, a certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, to be creditors* trustee, and the said Frederick Pavitt has signified to me in writing his acceptance of the said trusteeship.
