Supreme Court. —The following is the list of the prisoners, now awaiting trial at the.riext sitting of this Court at Timaru, commencing on Friday next: —Edward Ford—larceny from the person ; James Oommiskey, Patrick Egan, and Hugh Boyd—‘arson ; Benjamin Bradford forgery and uttering ; George Robson—larceriy; William Gardiner—larceny ; James Mack horse stealing (two charges) ; Michael Quirk attempt to commit suicide ; Joseph James Farrell—embezzlement (3 charges) ; Martin Thyne —perjury ; John Quinn—.forgery.
