Implements, especially ploughs and harrows, found a good market. t A parcel of 300 bushels oats sold at Is 4d to la 7d per bushel; chick wheat, 2s per (bushel;. barley, pig feed, Is 3d to Is 6d per bushel; peas, Is 6d to la 9d per bushel, badly cleaned; carrots, L2 per ton ; potatoes, L 3 to L 3 15s per ton; cheese, 4d per lb; pork, 2|d to of d per lb ; Apples, 6s 9d to 6s per case ; pears, 5s per case ; biscuits, 6a 3d per tin ; tea, 121 b box, 19s to 245, as per quality ; onions, f d to id per lb. A large quantity of sundries sold at fair prices. The attendance was large. Belling fast, and continued to a late hour, scarcely giving the auctioneer time to wink.
