Saturday, May 21. For the United Kingdom', via San Francisco, Continents of Europe and America, West Indies, Sandwich Islands, Northern Ports of New Zealand, Ac., per Wanaka, as folloMT—Ordinary letters at 6.30 p .m. ; late fee letters, at 7 pm. ; books and newspapers, at 6 p.tn. ; money orders, at 3 p.m. registered letters at 5 p.m. ; guard’s van, 8.30 p.m. train. Mails close at the Ashburton Post Office, ■a follows, For Christchurch and North at 5.30 a. m. 10 a. at, and 5 p.m., daily. For Chertsey Rakaia, &c., at 10 a.m. and 5 p,m. daily. For Dunedin, Tinwald, Winslow, Hinds, C jldstream, Rangitata, Orari, Winchester, and Geraldine, at 10 a. m. daily. For Temuka, at G* a.m. and 10 a.m,, daily. For Timarn and South, at 6 a.m., 10 a.m., and 4.20 p.m., daily. For Greenstreot, Ashburton Forks, Mount J3omers, and Ashburton Gorge, on Tuesdays and Fridays, at 10.30 a m. For Ajihton, Water ton and Longbeach, at 4.30 p.m. daily.
