[per eeutee’s agency.] Dublin Disturbed. London, May 2. The City of Dublin has been proclaimed a proscribed district by the Viceroy of Ireland, under the powers vested in him by the Coercion Act. It is understood that several important arrests of leading agitators will at once be made in Dublin. Inadmissable Mr Gladstone has stated that the demands of the Catholic Hierarchy in Ireland for material alterations in the Irish Land Bill cannot be acceded to by the Government. The amendments asked for are considered inadmissable. Advancing. Paris, May 2. Telegrams have been received reporting that fighting of a desultory character continues tfctween the French troops and Tunisians' without material advantage to either side. The former are continuing their! advance on the city of Tunis with all possible speed.
