Meetings. pUBLIC MEETING in compliance with a resolution passed at a meeting of the Ashburton Borough Council, held on Monday, the 18th inst., I hereby convene a PUBLIC MEETING of Ratepayers, to be held at the Town Hall, Ashburton, on THURSDAY, the 28th April, at 7.30 p.m., to consider the advisability of calling upon the Government to remove the engine shed from the centre of the town to a more convenient site, the same being a nuisance.
