Leadley, farmer, Prebbleton, to Elizabeth Smith, eldest daughter of the late Mr Wm. Paterson, farmer, Springs road, Prebbleton. Patching—Stephens. —On the 14th of April, at St. Stephen’s Church, Ashburton, by the Rev. W. Hands, William, youngest sou of Gcorgo Patching, Brighton, England, to Sophia Matilda, eldest daughter of John Stephens, blacksmith, of Ashburton. Home papers please copy.
