Entrance, £l. The Cup, £2o.—Second horse to save stake; lit miles ; weight-for-age. Entrance, £2 2s. Trotting Race (Handicap). —Two miles. First horse, £7 ; second, save stake. Entrance, 10s. Hack Race, £5. —For horses that have never won public money; 1 mile. Entrance, 10s. Consolation Race. —l mile. Entrance, 10s (for all beaten horses). —First prize, £5 ss. Entries will be received in all the above races for district horses only. Rules. 1. No one be allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of half a guinea to the funds. Should the prize be £2O or over, to subscribe one guinea. 2. All horses to be owned in the county three months prior to the race. 3. Three horses to start or no race. 4. No protest will be entertained unless £1 be deposited with the Secretary, which will be forfeited should the same, in the opinion of the Committee, prove frivolous.
