Entries will be received in all the above - races for district horses only. Rules. 1. No one be allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of half a guinea to the. funds. Should the prize be £2O or over, to subscribe one guinea. 2. All horses to be owned in the county, three months prior to the race. 3. Three horses to start or no race. 4. No protest will be entertained unless £1 be deposited with the Secretary, which will be forfeited should the same, in the opinion of the Committee, prove fiivolous.
