Frozen Fish. The frozen fish from England by the Lusitania has arrived in excellent condition. Exhibition Awards. The following further Exhibition awards to New Zealand exhibitors are awarded : —For white pepper, first order of merit Gregg and Co., Dunedin ; David Strong, Invercargill, and Trent Bros., Christchurch. The same exhibitors take second orders of merit for exhibits of the same class, and Trent Bros., t>f Christchurch, take an additional third order of merit. Prorogation of N-S.W. Parliament. To-day.

Parliament has been prorogued by proclamation, and without any formal ceremony. Back, Like Bad PenniesNews has been received from Noumea that the Marquis De Ray’s immigrants, who arrived here by the steamer India from Newcastle, and in a destitute condition, have shipped for Sydney, and they are expected to arrive here in a few days. Recovering. His Excellency the Marquis of Normanby is recovering from the attack of fever and ague, and is to-day much better.

A Count-Out. Sydney, April 6. A count-out of the Legislative Council last night has precluded the in tended prorogation of Parliament to day.
