The Imperial Supply, In the House of Commons to day a motion was introduced by the Government that the Supply Bill should be declared urgent, A lengthy debate ensued, in the course of which great op. position was shown on both sides of the House to the proposal, and the motion was finally negatived by a considerable majority. The Trappings and the Suits of Woe. It is officially anounced that the English Court will go into mourning for one month for the late Czar of Russia.
