(Per Rente*'s Agency.) Afloat. Melbourne, Feb. 17. The ship Hereford, which was wrecked on January 10th last, on Cape Patton, has been successfuly floated. A Multitude of Councillors. It is rumored here that the Government intend to propose a Conference ©f both Houses of Parliament shortly for the special consideration of the Reform Bill, and in order to give an opportunity of effecting a compromise in dealing with that measure.
Military Organisation. Sydney, Feb. 17. A Commission has been appointed by the Governor to enquire into and report upon the military organisation of the colony. Good Accounts from Temora. The accounts from Temora goldfields continue to be uniformly good.
