In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, and the several Acts amending the same, and of the bankruptcy of WILLIAM PAULING, of the Hinds, farmer, a debtor. THIS IS TO NOTIFY, that William Pauling, of the Hinds, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, farmer, has this day filed a statement that he is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors.
