Turkey has issued a circular note invoking the Great Powers to urge Greece to abandon her armament and negotiate instead. The Times, in a leading article, announces that England is willing to join the Great Powers for the purpose of settling the Greek question if France imitates. Got Off.

T. M,' Healy, who accompanied Mr. Parnell on bis American tour, and Mr. J. M. Walsh, one of the prominent leaguers, who were committed for trial on a charge of intimidating a farmer named Mailing, and were recently brought up for trial, have now been acquitted of the charge brought against them.
