Nominations for Nos. 3 and 4 will be received up till same time., .■ 'f Handicaps will be declared ‘.on the ground, and acceptances to be made within fifteen minutes after the posting of the handicaps. - No horse will be allowed to compete at this meeting unless owned and commonly resident in the district previous to November Ist. In any race three horses must start to qualify the first horse to claim the full stake. If only two start, one-half of the stake will be given, and no money will be awarded for a walk-over.
