Entries can be made with the Secretary tip-to Eleven o’clock on the day of the sports, for such events as have not come off, except for events Nos. 3, 15, 18, and 22, entries for which must be in by noon oh the Bth December. For these handicap events, the handicaps will be declared on the loth December, and acceptances must be in the Secretary’s hands by noon of the 22nd December.
