Some thieves entered Government House yesterday, while his Excellency the Marquis of Nortnanby and guests were at dinner, and carried off Ll5O worth of jewellery, belonging to Lady and Miss Robinson. Justat lOa.rn.it has been decided to postpone the races in honor of Sir Hercules Robinson until Saturday next, owing to the heaviness of the course from the recent rains and floods.
