South Rakaia, 653 acres, at £lO per acre. Purchase money payalle in five years by half-yearly instalments, without interest. Conditions may be obtained at the Land Office, Christchurch, either personally or by letter, and applications may be made at the Survey Offices, Christchurch and Timaru, on and after the 17th instant.
