SIR W. FOX AND THE BULLS ELECTORS.
[BY TELEGRAPH. | Bulls, April 16. Sir William Fox addressed the electors at Bulls last night. He avowed himself a warm supporter of the present Ministry. He attacked the Liberal party, and said they followed the democracy of France, while the Constitutionalist party,' with which he was connected, followed the American democracy. Speaking of native affairs, he said there was no probability of another disturbance. On being asked if he would accept office if elected, he said that he did not desire office, and only in extreme circumstances would accept it. A vote of thanks fer the address, and forcoming forward as a candidate was moved. Thirty voted in favor and none against it. About 150 persons were present. It is not yet known definitely whether Mr. McLean will come forward to contest the seat.
