Waiting for the Harvest.— The township at present contains a very large number of men in search of employment. It will, however, he fully a fortnight before harvest opcx’ations are in full swing. The banks of the river present the appearance of a new* rush, there being fifty or sixty tents pitched there ; and boarding-house keepers have their hands and houses pretty well tilled.
